We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our customer service team at our global HQ in Silverwater, Sydney.

You will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries both via email / social media and by phone. Queries range from product feature questions to warranty repairs and faults.

You will have a high level of customer empathy; able to deal with the most difficult questions, defuse the most tense situations and work through complex issues to reach a best-in-class answer.

You will be able to mentor and guide other customer service agents to help improve their skills, and be capable of deputising for the Head of Service when required. You will be comfortable presenting to and meeting with other staff at Director and CEO level, as well as working collaboratively with other people throughout the business.

You will have a solid knowledge of technology, and be keen to learn about audio systems and microphones – prior experience with audio or video technology will be beneficial. You will be able to carry out fault-finding and system analysis when diagnosing customer issues.
